This month I was on tour across North America - from the Midwest ---> Mexico ---> Canada and then some vacation time before I hit the road again!
I started in Omaha, Nebraska at our signature Quantum Leap Immersion
Then I led my signature breathwork at an intimate gathering in Playa del Carmen
EO Toronto brought me back to do a follow-up event in collaboration with Othership? - a wellness event including breathing, sauna and cold plunges
Then I had a week off-grid in Lake Powell - one of my favorite places in the world
And another week in Playa Venao, Panama to rest, recharge and surf - this is one of my favorite beach getaways
I am now on tour promoting my book coming out in June!
