May updates
Welcome back!
Our monthly appointment with updates and news from the world of gas detection.
Detection of VOCs in industries
VOCs (volatile organic compounds) are organic chemical compounds that can easily evaporate at room temperature and include a wide range of substances, from methane to industrial solvents. At high concentrations, oxygen in the air can be reduced to dangerous levels, causing asphyxiation hazards. In addition, some VOCs are highly flammable.
Startup installation
Testing gas detection instrumentation is a delicate process that if not done properly can lead to hazards and detection errors. Entrusting it to our Team Service ensures the high safety standards with which we manufacture our instruments and guarantees the best performance. At the end of the installation we also issue a test certificate attesting the reliability of our gas detection systems.
Portable gas detection systems
Personal safety devices are often required to ensure the safety of workers. Within the wine industry, for example, fermentation processes of generate CO2, a harmful substance that can harm the health of workers. Crowcon portable detectors are a safe choice for ensuring safety.
