Best smile comes from those faces which has seen more grief than others.. coz they understand the meaning of being happy.. they understand that they being happy is more important coz that is the only reason for keeping their immediate ones happy.. What is wrong in exercising your face muscles 100 times a day? May be they are scared that their facial muscles will be subjected to wear and tear.. ..Those who don't smile have seen very little in life and they feel that all sorrows belong to them.. but the one who smiles has seen much bigger crises ,has faced it and even though scared for new struggles is still ready to face it..
Smile is the best cure for everything.. just have that small belief that “my smile is the best”.. and yes someone must be getting some positive energy by seeing my smile.. rather than confusing that person to why are you not smiling.. are you not at ease with me.. etc etc. Smile when you feel like. Smile because you will make others around you Smile too (Its contagious). Smile when you are Sad (Best natural anti depressant). Smile because that is your USP. And most importantly…Smile because it would make you look even more Beautiful/Handsome. No not kidding…go to the mirror and see for yourself.
People who always have a smile on their face are usually faking. There’s a difference between a genuine smile and a “receptionist smile.” The two biggest tells are whether it appears and gradually fades over the course of a few seconds (real smiles usually do that) and whether there is crinkling around the corners of the eyes (real smiles usually have them, and fake smiles usually do not.) People who “never seem to smile” are probably not interested in fake smiles, and you just haven’t been around them so much during their legitimate smiling times.
Today, the smiling happens very naturally but a few years ago the serious me rarely smiled with all her heart... And here is what I think changed the serious me into the smiling me. Accepting what is: Whatever we do and however frustrated we become we cannot change what already is. Can we? Accepting what already is whole-heartedly and doing what we can to shape the future into what we want it to be helps us be at ease with the present conditions and take necessary steps forward, rather than complaining about something we cannot help (the past or what already is).

Responding and not reacting: Most of our actions in today’s busy world, where every one is trying to run as fast as they can, are reactions and not responses. When our reactions lead to unpleasant consequences we wish we could go back and change the way we handled the situation. Anger and frustration kill us more than the person/situation we are angry about. Well, when we get angry or frustrated and destroy our own peace, then the enemy (the cause of the frustration) has definitely succeeded! :P When we maintain our cool (again, by accepting what is) and take a moment to think and respond, we are more confident about our actions and the regret rate is sure to go down.
Enjoying the little things: Almost all the time we have something going on in our heads and we rarely pay attention to the little things in our lives. Enjoying an early morning or evening walk, a random conversation with a stranger, getting wet in the rain, gazing the stars, a hug from a friend, losing a game of chess to a six year old.. the list of beautiful things around us is endless. But we rarely stop by for a moment to pay attention to them and enjoy them. Actually, a large part of our lives is all these little things put together and it is important to enjoy them.
Spreading some love: I am not saying we should be lovey-dovey all the time. But spreading some love around keeps us peaceful within. A few words of sincere appreciation or apology, a few hugs and smiles a day, or, even better, bringing a smile to someone else’s face :) And trust me, we are not doing anyone a favour but ourselves... On a busy and frustrating day, running into a smiling face seems to magically ease all the frustration and automatically brings a smile onto our face. The day seems much more beautiful when someone wakes us up with a pleasant smile (in my case, my mom. She believes waking up in a pleasant mood keeps the whole day pleasant). Who wouldn't want to live in a happy world? But to have something we need to give something...So spread some love and smiles and get some back :)
Doing what you love and loving what you do. These little things I inculcated help me keep the world inside and outside me pleasant. When all is good inside and outside do we need more reasons to smile? And that is why I keep smiling all the time. Note: It does not mean people who smile always do not have problems in life. It is just that they face their problems with a smile. Though rarely, they also have their moments of depression and sadness and want to cry their heart out but they smile again before you even know they cried. Cheers!
