1. The central swivel is damaged. Due to the structural and operational characteristics of the central rotary joint, the oil seal inside the rotary joint is always damaged. When the hydraulic oil is dirty, the oil seal, the shell of the central rotary joint, and the core shaft are both damaged at the same time. When the machine is running, the pressure oil on one side leaks, causing the speed of the walking motors on both sides to be different, resulting in the machine running direction deviation.

Solution: When replacing the oil on the center rotary joint, replace the hydraulic oil and filter element at the same time.


2.The overload pressure of the forward valve in the main valve of the excavator is too low or the valve stem is stuck, which can cause the walking valve stem to be unable to open and ultimately result in weak walking.

3.The inconsistent walking pressure values of the left and right walking motors of the excavator result in weak walking of the excavator.


The main reason for the oil pipe burst of the excavator is that the valve core of the dual speed valve did not return to its original position in a timely manner after shifting, resulting in the inability to connect the oil inlet and return ports, causing the instantaneous high oil pressure. At this time, low-quality hydraulic pipes that do not meet the standard are prone to burst
