It?is rainy?season where I?live

That means I spend even more time indoors than I already do.

However, I am prepared this year and have installed a small garden to help get me out on my covered porch, at least.

I've wanted to get a small garden for a while, and this month, I was like, let's make it happen.

What is one thing you have been putting off in your personal or professional life you have always wanted?

What is one small step you can take today to get it done?

Most of my conversations this month have been about taking small steps toward big goals.

QUOTE OF THE MONTH

...When I'm referring to inclusive leadership, I am talking about leading in a way that acknowledges the individual ideas and perspectives of a multitude of people. This is leadership that fully recognizes and appreciates diversity of thought and perspectives. And it actively seeks out and invites those new perspectives and voices and contributions into how we reach team goals, vision, and mission.”

- From my recent LinkedIn Audio Event with Marie Deveaux about Inclusive Leadership.
