Welcome to the May edition of the Krisp Product Updates Newsletter! This month, we are excited to bring you a host of enhancements to improve your meeting experience and collaboration. With updates ranging from a redesigned widget and multilingual transcriptions for the Pro users to streamlined processes for Enterprise users, these new features are designed to make your virtual interactions smoother and more efficient. - Enhanced widget: We’ve fully redesigned the Krisp Widget for a more efficient and non-intrusive experience during calls. It now displays transcribing and recording states, speech activity from of sides of the call, and allows you to mute yourself and control Noise Cancellation, making meeting management more intuitive.
- Multi-lingual meeting transcription: Your meetings can now be transcribed and saved in your dashboard in multiple languages. Just keep the recording ON during the call. Learn more about our multilingual meeting transcription in this help article.
- Enhanced sharing and collaboration options: You can now invite people to collaborate at any point after the call. Just click the “Invite Participants” button or "Share" to send invitations to people outside the call. Alternatively, copy the link to your meeting, adjust the privacy settings to anyone with the link or anyone within the workplace, and instantly share it with others.
- Requesting Access to the Meeting: If you share a link to a private meeting, recipients can request access. You can easily accept or decline these requests directly from your dashboard.
- Meeting Recap Emails: To keep everyone on the same page, participants who don’t use Krisp will receive a meeting recap email after the call ends. They can request access to the transcription and recording through this email, and the owner can approve these requests from their account dashboard.
- Increased recordings storage: We’ve expanded recording storage to 2GB, allowing you to securely record and store approximately 200 hours of calls in your account.
- Increased meeting notes capacity: We’ve also increased the number of generated meeting notes to 300, ensuring you have ample space for your important information.
- Improved interaction with the Meetings: This month brings several improvements to the Meetings page, enhancing the layout for a better experience. New headers highlight key actions and provide easy access to meeting details, streamlining navigation and improving meeting management.
- Playback from desired moment: Enhancing interaction with Transcripts and Recordings, you can now click on any point in the transcription to start playing the audio from that exact moment.
- Improved speaker assignment: With every iteration, we strive to enhance speaker identification. You can now assign speakers directly from the Action Items.

- Krisp icon automatically promoted to the system tray: Once installed, Krisp icon will automatically go to the visible part of the system tray. This update facilitates the Krisp discovery by the agents and makes sure they always know when Krisp is used in their calls.
- Enhanced Krisp presence at system startup: We've made improvements to ensure Krisp reliably launches at system startup and that the option is not accidentally altered by agents. This change ensures Krisp presence is more consistent, significantly reducing the chances of calls occurring without Krisp being active, helping maintain optimal performance and minimizing disruptions during your calls.
- New Incoming Noise Cancellation model: This update introduces a new NC model for the Call Center mode with multi-speaker-support. It significantly lowers the chances of audio-degradation when the incoming audio stream has a low bandwidth landline calling being one example of that.
- A more robust audio processing: The new Windows driver integrated into the app ensures robust audio processing for the Windows environments and boosts crystal-clear communication between the agents and the customers.
