Our new founding member
Since the late 90's, Maguire Training has been one of the country's leading providers of leadership and management training offering in-house, online and virtual courses. They are committed to age inclusion and providing opportunities for life-long learning for people throughout their careers.
We are delighted to announce that we will be offering 25 courses on leadership and personal development to our members in the coming months.

Free workshop in Birmingham to help you attract and retain older workers
Last year, we did a survey with Brave Starts of 225 HR and DEI professionals and learned that preparing for an ageing workforce was very important, scoring it 7 out of 10, yet they felt strategically unprepared, scoring it 4 out of 10.
We have been organising workshops around the country to help organisations develop an employee value proposition that is attractive to older workers. Our next workshop is being hosted by the Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre in Birmingham on the 17th of June. We still have some spaces available and would love if you could join us.
