Automated Recall is Now Available!

Introducing our Automated Recall: Bring patients back into care with personalized messages and timely follow-ups.

?Key Enhancements:

  • We’ve added the ability to sort your recall patients into two lists.? Patients that you do not want to be recalled can be moved to an excluded list.? You can also snooze patients on that excluded list so they can fall back into recall automatically if you want.? In addition, we’ve added notes, tags and much more making it easy to manage your recall list.
  • We have FULLY AUTOMATED patient recall.? Set up a cadence of up to 7 recall messages that will be sent to your patients when they do not have a future appointment.?

This feature is POWERFUL! Let’s say you recall just one patient per month. On average, a recalled patient will come in six times with a visit average of $45.?With just a single recalled patient, your entire month of GrowthHub Pro is paid for!

May Product Enhancements

We strive to constantly enhance ChiroSpring to serve you better. Here are some small updates that will make a big difference in your daily tasks.?

  • Virtual Assistant: Now you can respond to your patients automatically when you are not at your practice. Your patients never have to guess if they are contacting you outside of business hours.
  • Edit to PMR values on the checkout screen
  • Calendar date picker added to Front Desk: No more infinite clicking to get to a particular date. With our date picker you will be where you want in an instant.
  • Rescheduled appointments moved to missed/canceled line: When a patient reschedules their appointment, it moves to the missed/canceled portion of the Front Desk.?
  • Totals in unapplied payments report
  • PMR denial codes: We created a list of PR codes and now make them patient responsibility during reconciling the ERA/remittance. This is HUGE!? Simply put, your ledgers will be far more accurate. These PR denials will reflect under “Other” in the PMR section of the ledger.
