The May Fair Hotel London - Think twice before you stay there...

On the 24th of Januari I stayed at The May Fair hotel in London. In the middle of the night someone came into my room and stole all my personal belongings. The hotel stated that I must have lost my key but the local Police found out that this clearly 'homeless' guy was in the elevator together with a staff member of The May Fair Hotel.

This guy stole all my belongings and left me without cards, money, computer, phone etc.. The May Fair Hotel didn't even offer me a taxi ride to the police station or embassy so I could report or apply for a temporary travel document.

Still, after nine months the hotel didn't came back to me with any reply or some kind of compensation. For over 15 years I was a loyal customer of The May Fair Hotel. Its a shame that a five star hotel treats her customers this way. Loyalty has to be earned but The may Fair Hotel doesn't seem to care about just one single customer..

There are more than 85 five star hotels in London... I am sure I'll find a hotel that appreciates the loyalty of their guests..
