May Employee Spotlight - Marco Gariti

Marco celebrates his 8th work anniversary with Morreale Real Estate Services this year and is currently Team Lead of our Property Management team.

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy the fact that each day is something new. Each week presents a new challenge to navigate. The number of emails keeps you on your toes, but the team handles it extremely well!

In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?

I am proud of how I have progressed internally here at MRES. I started as an Administrative Coordinator on our Support team, switched over to the Equity team, spent some time on the Closings team, and have now landed in my current role for the last 10 months or so. I am grateful for the opportunity I have had here!

?What do you think you would be doing if you were not in the relocation field?

I came to MRES with a banking background, I would most likely be there.

What is something you learned in the last month, whether connected to your industry or not?

Buyer agency agreements are spreading like wildfire over the U.S.!

What is your favorite pastime?

Some of my downtime is spent on Reddit. I probably spend too much time on the app in a week, but I enjoy reading about so many different topics and opinions. I’ve explored and learned things I never would have given time to previously.

What’s something you’ve always wanted to try or learn?

Skydiving! Just need to convince someone to go with me…(Kelly!)

What is one thing you cannot live without?

Italian food: pasta, pizza, and more carbs! Hold the seafood.

I enjoy cooking and experimenting with different foods.
