ET: Tells us a little bit about yourself.
KG: I am originally from Trinidad, moved to New York and in 2006 my husband and I decided to get away from the continuous race against the clock  and relocate to Florida.
ET: How long have you been a realtor?
KG: I've been a licensed realtor since 2004.
ET: Your family is big into sports, taking the knowledge of the game, how do you keep your buyers and sellers in the game?
KG: I begin with how the process works, what to expect, then detail out what positions we each will play so together, as a team, we work our way down the field to the win.
ET: What advice would you give your children regarding the importance of leadership?
KG: Lead the movement, don't wait to follow the crowd.
ET: What do you believe is the key to success?
KG: It's simple: Faith, Family and Friends
