Thank You for Joining us at our Annual Celebration!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Annual Celebration on Monday evening! It was an incredible night as we celebrated our theme of 'building healthier communities together'. We'd like to extend our gratitude to our community partners, Parks Canada and Georgian College, for sharing the exciting initiatives we are collaborating on together to foster a sense of belonging and support within our community. As our CEO, Jill Tettmann said in her closing remarks, "Together, we're not just dreaming of a brighter, healthier future - we're actively building it. Our vision for vibrant, connected communities where everyone feels they belong is taking shape, one partnership, one program, and one person at a time."
