6 个月I have completed one of the challenges at Microsoft Build: Building Multimodal Generative AI Experiences. However, it appears to be entirely dependent on the Azure OpenAI model. Not everyone can sign up with their personal email, as the Azure OpenAI Service requires registration and is only available to eligible customers and partners. I believe that sign-ups with personal emails should be allowed for Azure OpenAI. This would enable more people to get hands-on experience and fully explore its functionalities and features.

6 个月Why is there no mention of pushing more independent developers to #Linux and #GCP by introducing monthly service charges for developer environments? Are you not as proud of it today as you were two days ago? I also do not see any bragging about how your CEO deliberately attempted to humiliate #SamAltman with all the chatter about something #GPT4All and #LLaMa started using a year ago, #RAG and #SLMs. There is also no acknowledgment that the only innovations offer this year were solely enabled by OpenAI. What is going on with all these exclusions from these announcements, Microsoft?
