Did you know that 16% of consumers?won't?return to small businesses that provide limited communication options? I did not know that for sure, but I can see why. Communication is key and has to be a two-way stream. If you have a friend that you always call and they never take the initiative to call you, you tend to feel some type of way. After a while, you stop calling to give them a chance to call you. Then you realize that they still don't call. I tell you that, gradually, that friendship begins to fizzle out. As humans, we like to communicate. So a business with limited communication really does not value its consumers.
