Big News In: Iowa, Utah, and More!
The new education savings account program in Iowa is opening the door for families to consider private school as a choice for their child, making it accessible to all. Learn more about Iowa’s Education Savings Account, eligibility, and how to apply.
In Utah, a new scholarship will give 5,000 Utah families $8,000 in funding for private school tuition, tutoring, and much more. Read more about the The Utah Fits All Scholarship and who is eligible.
Not to mention the recent expansions in education savings accounts in Florida and the LEARNS Act in Arkansas. We’re also working on updates about changes to school choice in Tennessee, Indiana, South Carolina, Kansas, Montana, and Oklahoma. Stay tuned for those details in our June newsletter!
Homeschooling Research for Parents
May was Homeschooling Awareness Month! The most recent large study on homeschooling achievement is over a decade old. The National Home Education Research Institute is asking homeschooling parents to participate in a Homeschool Study to update this important data.

Answer: It depends on your state and the school! Most open enrollment and lotteries take place earlier in the year, but some schools might still have seats available. We recommend calling the school you’re interested in and checking on the school options in your state.
