Schadenemanagement & Assistance 2023, the two-day insurance event in Leipzig, welcomed almost 1,300 guests, around 100 exhibitors and more than 70 speakers. From Gen Z's demands to the impact of climate change on the industry, attendees were treated to a smorgasbord of presentations and discussions, each shedding light on a different aspect of the ever-evolving field of claims insurance.?
