May 2020: New Features in Kobox
Has it already been another month? Here we go: more new features, enhancements, and capabilities from Kobox!
We have listened to our users and delivered a series of new developments that we hope you will love. Here is what your Kobox team has been up to.
Calendar view. View all of your requested items on an interactive monthly grid. Each cell is clickable and you can view and update the status of any item directly.
Target item tracking. Lenders, you will love this. Kobox can now track target values such as financial covenants. Just set a target value and, as the numbers come in, record the actual values. Kobox will let you know at a glance what is compliant, what is not compliant, and what has been waived.
Recurring items. If you request the same information month by month, Kobox can now set up recurring request items based on report date and due date. Need monthly financials? Create a recurring request in Kobox.
Google sign in. We've taken steps to make the sign in process even easier for host and guest users alike. Optionally associate your Google account for even faster sign in.
Real time interactions. This is an "under the hood" enhancement, and we're excited to share it. We have rewired some of Kobox to enable real-time server/client communication. If you and a guest user are viewing the same project, changes you make will reflect instantly for each of you. We took this step to improve the collaborative experience of using Kobox, especially as more of us are working remotely.
