343 subscribers two more than last time

Was never type to win any competition no matter how I tried

It was that & working in customer service that taught me appreciation

Even small trinkets for a work anniversary is appreciation

Something that can be shown

In business sometimes you've been assisted & it could be a lot

Perhaps you've been sent leads or your content shared often

Appreciation can be done thru social media

Just over 2 yrs ago in early 2020 was at a training

Person conducting it said something about me

Now I'd always been timid unless I'm upset lol

Selling was where I always was timid even if from telemarketing

Much later I'd contacted them to say I'd really appreciated what they'd said

This showed me I was no longer timid

Few yrs ago I'd created "appreciation person for the yr"

I'd share a free stock image pertaining to & mentioning that assistance

Basing it on what I'd been assisted with greatly

Last year things were bad for me on a personal level but it got better

Thanks to a few past intros done without financial reason which led to other intros

I didn't give anyone's contact for free work or leads

Instead I showed my professional appreciation that due to them I got assisted

Sometimes it's a comment on an update of theirs pertaining to similar

Just saw a steal worthy appreciation idea

Business owner who had been assisted by someone did a post

They mentioned business name & how they'd been assisted

Different businesses & industries have social media rules so contact the business first

Once you get approval then do the post

Business complaints are shared on social media

Could be done more often for positive reviews when assisted

I know I'd have appreciated that when I'd assisted people

When I used to send leads that's what many would say but that wasn't what service I provided for pay

It's not always just referrals or $$ that is appreciation

You may not have referrals for that service
