May 13, 2015 misspelled PPM says that in March 2014 Solomon became lender to Palmaz Scientific and that as of 12/31/2014 Solomon had advanced $200K
So, if the shareholders were told the above, why did distinguished Jesuit grad Tommy Melsheimer file a lawsuit against me claiming something this?
I am a strong believer in parochial education, my daughter who just blew out her GRE scores began her early education at a wonderful and very small Catholic neighborhood school. My sons went to Hebrew school and my three little kiddos and I attended a Methodist service each Sunday. And then of course we would go home, change, put my sons in a twins jogging stroller, my daughter on a cool little bike and live our lives and get thru to the next day. Never in my wildest dreams did I believe I would spend my golden years having to defend myself for doing my job and reading the file.
And so I have poured through legal files, done reverse searches and read lots of work product, especially for attorneys involved in this case. And there are a LOT of attorneys in the Palmaz case. It sickens me that you can help yourself to money that is not yours, and then go out and get $20M of d&o and use that money to defend yourself for what you did wrong in the first place, but in fairness to the bad actors here, this IS the United States of American and we are supposed to have the best legal system in the world.
So I was especially interested when I was reviewing some of Tommy Melsheimer's work and saw this article complimenting Tom Melsheimer on "conquering the improbable." I'm always inspired--and motivated--by those who enjoy the publicity of being profiled to be the Goliath's. I am not Goliath, and certainly don't consider myself David. I'm just a banker who did her job and read the file, for which I have been vexatiously and retaliatorily sued multiples times:
