We will explore the neurological response of communication. In particular how communication lights up and excites our creative and collaborative selves OR how it can shut us down and create distrust, fear, and poor performance. We will discuss the four pillars of inspired communication and learn through a combination of exercises and breakout sessions designed for participants to experience how to communicate for positive impact.
