MAXimus Debuts at Bacon Fest in Lathrop, California.

MAXimus Debuts at Bacon Fest in Lathrop, California.

A four month build compressed down to a two month build, MAXimus was no easy task for Cruising Kitchens. As Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Eastern Texas, terrible storms and flooding came along with, creating an unworkable environment. But, Cruising Kitchens pulled it together and made their deadline, as they always do.

MAXimus is an all-inclusive mobile entertainment kitchen trailer. It features state-of-the-art kitchen equipment ranging from a tilt skillet and fryers to flat tops and convection ovens. The large side opening creates a unique open stage, bringing the show right to the people.

This unit also features a $300k audio/video package that is typically used by some of your favorite stadiums and concert venues. The setup includes a 12' Jumbotron and two 55" Outdoor displays. This unit is self-contained and can be set up in less than 5 minutes.

The 40,000-watt generator is housed on the front of the trailer in a room sealed with noise-reducing paneling. A cold-room for housing product and kegs gives the unit an ample amount of refrigeration space. On the exterior, you can find 6-Keg Taps. This unit definitely stands-out with its presence.

MAXimus made it's debut at Bacon Fest in Lathrop, CA. And as you might have guessed, there was a lot of bacon-related dishes created within the kitchen.

MAX was seen by over 20,000 people as amateur & professional chefs went head to head in a LIVE version of Chopped. Celebrity hosts like Jeff Mauro, joined in on the fun.
