The Seven Rules of Mental Mastery:

There are seven mental laws. They are:

  2. The law of cause and effect: It means that behind every effect in our life there is a reason. So if we are having any bad effect, then we should reach its root and eradicate it. Similarly, if we are having a good effect, we need to get to the root of it and repeat it. For example, if playing golf makes you happy, play it over and over again to make you happy.?
  3. The law of faith: our faith can become our truth. If you do not believe in your dream, then how will you get the inspiration to move forward?
  4. The Fourth is the law of expectations: What does it mean That in life you never get more than expected. In this way, we already know our future. If you expect less, you will get less in life.
  5. The fifth law is the law of attraction: you live The things that you focus on reach you. Speaking of music itself, see, for example, if there are two pianos in a room, the note you play on one will sound the same on the other.
