Maximizing the value from "Automation" - Part 1

Value is monetary, it is always measured quantitatively. In organization, it maybe value of asset or value of the share etc.

Automation is a process of reducing human involvement in the process. It helps in reducing the time for the process completion.

To maximize the value of the company, we need to automate everything. Nobody does 100% accurate work, there will be always mistakes but there will a loophole for everything right? Here that loophole is automation.

In the company there will be so many activities, some take more time but some can be done in a short time. Human involvement is more in all the activities. For that both monetary and non monetary benefits should be given , the space and wastage everything will be more in that. But when system does everything. Organization can reduce the time taken to do that work, the amount spend on that work and energy, all these can be reduced.

Than how to use automation in all the process, if that is not your cup of tea then it is very difficult to do. For that organizations are there. Making use of those organizations give value for the company. Not only that from this organizations can get more customers. All customers like who gives better result in a short period and in a less price. These things can be done through automation.
