3 个月Thanks for highlighting this! Treasury Ops often feels undervalued in this area, but managing SOW and relationships is such a critical part of the role. Every decision impacts the share of wallet, and fostering constructive relationships with internal stakeholders is key. This collaboration helps stretch the SOW by ensuring Treasury is included in RFPs for services and products that may not traditionally fall under the Treasury umbrella. It’s all about alignment and maximizing opportunities!
