- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water during non-fasting hours to stay hydrated. Dehydration can lead to decreased energy and concentration levels.
- Eat Nutritious Foods: Choose nutrient-dense foods for suhoor and iftar to sustain energy levels throughout the day. Include complex carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, and vegetables in your meals.
- Optimize Work Environment: Create a comfortable and conducive work environment with minimal distractions. Ensure adequate lighting, comfortable seating, and a clutter-free workspace.
