Vivian Acquah CDE? what a perfect solution for organizations which perhaps aren't large enough or who just don't have the budget for a full-time CDO. Having a person dedicated in your organization for this role, rather than relying on volunteer efforts is critical if 'real' DEI is going to be achieved.
