They don't strategically include important essential data points such as multiple outcomes and the evaluation process. This has a negative impact on the success of implementing other essential systems such as Marketing, grant applications narrative, fundraising strategies, board recruitment, and even Strategic Planning. They all depend on the program plan's data to create a common thread that articulates the organization's impact.?
