1 年Your LinkedIn is your business card for networking and job searching. Let people know who you are by having a filled-out profile. I see so many job seekers with headlines that read soft skills, quotes, or "seeking new opportunities" and give me no indication of who you are or what you're looking for. Each section of your profile is your marketing tool. The Open to Work banner is simply just that, a banner that signals you're likely open to discussing opportunities. It's how you utilize your business card to network and find that next role that counts!
