Maximize In-Person Time With E-Learning

Maximize In-Person Time With E-Learning

Having everyone in the same place at the same time creates the most effective context for skill development and feedback. It's also the most expensive time. Too often, we spend that time on information transfer instead of creating interactive and engaging experiences.

What if we could move the information from the most expensive to the least expensive time? eLearning courses take advantage of the asynchronous virtual context, the least expensive time. Sometimes an email with a PowerPoint attachment will be enough. More often, you will need the content to be a bit more "sticky."

With a well-crafted eLearning course, participants will get the information they need to take full advantage of the in-person program.

While there is nothing as powerful as a well-facilitated debrief, eLearning can offer the opportunity to continue learning and reflecting even after the program.

Maximize the value of your in-person programs by moving information transfer and discussion to virtual eLearning before and after your event.
