6 年When I see Eric Thomas, I just “LION”. But one of this speeches that I liked was when he turned his lecture and put in the perspective of the gazelle - For a gazelle to survive, all it has is to outrun the slowest gazelle in the herd. As a business owner, this gave me an additional perspective.
Your video on what makes a lion a lion is great stuff but some people misinterpret it and start behaving like it's the law of the jungle out there in the real world. To correct these people, equal emphasis should be placed on the need to observe rules, policies, laws, and order. After all, people live in a society, they have to behave themselves, and follow proper systems as well as prcoesses to reach the top and not literally chase anybody or succeed at all costs by breaking every rule in the book.
