Hey fellow working professionals,

Instead of wasting time figuring out how to improve your workday just keep it simple and improve your sleep instead. Most people do not take their sleep seriously and average 3 to 5 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep impacts ones ability to be productive. Aim for 6 to 9 hours of sleep and watch your productivity soar . While asleep for these long hours, your body recovers and repairs itself for the next day. Not only will you have more energy throughout your workday but your workout as well. If you take your work seriously then apply the same dedication to improved sleep. All the best for your improved productivity after practicing improved sleep habits as a long term lifestyle change .
