Will you believe it if I say the cleanest place in Asia is in India? 

Believe it or not, it's true. It's a small village called Mawlynnong located in Meghalaya. People who have seen the Lord of The Rings movie will have an urge to go to a place like Hobbiton at least once. Likewise, the small hill slopes, lakes, and the people over there give us the feel of a small Hobbiton.

This small village in Meghalaya is known as The God's Garden. It gets its name as the cleanest place in Asia in 2003. Apart from that, this village is far ahead in literacy and women empowerment when compared with any other states or villages in India.

So, it's a must-see place for everyone who plans a trip to the NorthEast.
