As introduced in Part 1 of this series, and continued in Part 2, I’m documenting my thoughts on how GenAI can be applied to each element of the Insurance value chain in a Maturity Model.
As there’s a lot of content, I’m splitting it across 6 posts, as shown in the graphic below:
Here, then, is Part 3 of my Maturity Model for GenAI, on which I welcome your comments:
What do you think? Please let me know in the Comments.
You'll find the next installment here: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/maturity-model-genai-part-4-6-alan-walker-xfkne/.

6 个月This is a great series.. I'm looking forward to drilling in and taking much more technical lens more geared towards the CTO, lead architects as they connect back with the management team. I love the doubles in the details of these maturity models... What an excellent starting point Alan... Looking forward to hearing your experiences in the feedback that you get as you teach it too theb levels. Have you taken one of the parts and run it through a GPT for skepticism, and critical thinking positive feedback? Given the structure this is easy to do.. I'll give you an example about quickly you can use code to analyze your diagram and get feedback. And it's a transform some of the statements into much more technical structured language.. I fascinated by moving things through the visual and the structure based on widely understood things like insurance (amongst Insurance experts like ourselves... And then reaching out to more modern structures afterwards... To connect the past to the Future) cc Tim Attia comments?
