MATURE LEADERSHIP NEEDS MORE HEROES, NOT VICTIMS

You might agree there are 16-year-olds operating in 50-year-olds' bodies! These grown-up kids are bullies. They sulk, whine and complain. They enjoy drama. They compare others. They fail to listen and shut people down. They finger point and deflect their actions. They contaminate the workplace with their attitude. 

They are UNinspired bosses and leaders in "POWER" positions everywhere.

Is there immature leadership at your workplace?

Is there immature leadership in your church?

Is there immature leadership in your home?

Are YOU an immature leader?

EVERY IMMATURE LEADER NEEDS A MATURE HERO. 

The good news is YOU can be that hero!

Choose to CHANGE the situation.

The situation needs someone to step up and take accountability.

It needs someone to listen and act. 

It needs someone who does not demand change in others but INSPIRES it.

INSPIRED LEADERSHIP IS MATURE LEADERSHIP.

Be a hero.

Choose to SAVE the situation.

Be COURAGEOUS enough to do something to ENCOURAGE GROWTH and POSITIVE LEADERSHIP.

We need more heroes.
