After 7 months of successful launch of India’s first ever mattress collection & recycling campaign by The Kabadiwala, ISPF & IPUA, the initiative has now found the momentum to revive environment as the total number of mattresses collected & recycled increased to 700 with 60 dealers associated in MCJ.

The Kabadiwala as the first most collection & recycling partner has been expanding the growth of initiative through constantly thriving upon improved awareness & scalability strategies. In the past few weeks, we’ve reached to more than 25000 users through SMS messaging, started incentivizing societies with Mattress Circular journey awareness programs, marketed the campaign through canopy activations, giant hoardings, newspaper ads & articles, that helped us target over 10 lakh people in Bhopal.

Our consistent social media marketing communicated mattress Circular journey’s goals & objectives to a global audience to demonstrate its relevance and importance.

The Kabadiwala team effectively channelized the operational challenges associated with the campaign from collection to payment fulfilment to recovery & segregation of material to end transportation, into an organized management only because of its perseverance to mark sustainable impact at the end of the day and this is enabling us collect at least 5 mattresses per day. We’ve incentivized with extra reward of Rs 5000 to 4 Dealers for highest collection.

The Kabadiwala’s vision is to increase value of recovered material to scale the initiative for future prospects through extensive research, developmental strategies & digitalized automation of streamlining process.
