“I have always had aspirations to become a manager in my career and doing the qualifications has supported me in both understanding the theoretical side of management as well as then going on to make the move into management.

Level 2 was a great introduction as it had coverage of the basics of management areas that I wouldn’t have thought are linked to management, yet have become a critical part of my new role as well as learning about different models that can be applied to my day to day work.

When the opportunity came about to follow on with the Level 3, this was a no brainer for me. The Level 3 goes into much more detail which is interesting and engaging as well as the introduction of further models that can be applied as a manager. The Level 3 also helps me to focus on my professional development which is something that I have previously struggled to commit time to in the past.

As this is part of the qualification, it has allowed me to dedicate time to this. Abi has been a great trainer, helping me with my professional development by frequently sending me resources to utilise that are relevant to my area of management as well as the qualification.”
