The matters need attention of LED Display daily maintenance

Large LED screens like traditional electronic products. Not only should you pay attention to the method in the process of use, but also you should maintain the display screens in good condition, which make the large LED screen’s life longer. Now let’s get to know more about them.

Ⅰ The matters need attention of turning on and turning off the screens.

1. Turning on the screen: Turn on and control a computer first. After making it work, turn on the large LED screen.
2. Turning off the screen: First turn off the LED screen power and the control software. Next turn off the computer correctly. (If you turn off the computer first and do not turn off the display screen, the screen will appear high bright spots and burn down the LED lamp which causes serious consequences.)
3. Switch screen interval time should be more than 5 minutes.
4. Avoid opening screen in full white because it is in full output condition, which is the largest impact current on the entire distribution system.

Ⅱ The matters need attention of power supply

1. LED module provides DC+5V power supply (Operating voltage: 4.2~ 5.2v), but AC power supply is prohibited. The positive and negative terminals of the power supply are strictly prohibited from being anti-polarity. (Attention: Once it is anti-polarity, the product will be burned and even causes fire disaster .)
2.  Supply voltage of LED display power: 220V±10%; Frequency: 50HZ±5%
3. The connection to the ground and the isolation between ground wire and zero wire are safe and reliable. Input power supply is far away from high-power electrical equipment
4. If it is found abnormal appearance such as short circuit, tripping, burning wires, smoking and so on , power-on test should not be done repeatedly. Please find out the causes immediately.
5. Keep the power supply stable and do ground protection. Do not use it in bad natural condition, especially thunderstorm. 
6. The large screen power supply should be powered in steps as the full output condition of the entire screen will have an impact on the whole distribution system.
7. To avoid excessive current, power line heating and LED lamp damage, Do not allow to play the full white LED screen with the highest brightness for more than half an hour, which influence the screen’s service life. It is suggested to play dynamic video mainly.
8. LED display products should not power on and power off continuously when using. The two operations should have time interval at least one minute. 
9. Non-professionals are prohibited to touch large LED screen internal circuits avoiding electric shock or the damage to the circuits.

Ⅲ The matters need attention of cleaning

1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: If the LED screen is used for a long time, a lot of dusts and rain washing marks will be covered it, which needs regular clean in time in case of affecting the viewing effect.
2. Please brush the module surface gently with a soft bristle brush. Do not use any liquid to clean the LED module surface, otherwise LED lamp may be damaged.
3. Correct wiping ways: the large LED screen surface can be wiped with alcohol, or use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust. Do not wipe it with a wet cloth directly. 

Ⅳ Moisture proof and storage requirements

1. Storage temperature requirements: The environment temperature is -40℃≤t≤60℃. LED products shall be stored in the environment with a temperature which is lower than 30 ℃ and humidity which is lower than 60%.
2. To avoid insects bite according to the environment of the display body and control part. If it is necessary, the anti-rat medicine should be placed.
3. LED screen can not be closed for a long time. If the screen body is not used for more than 3 days in the high humidity environment, preheating lighting mode should be adopted each time. Preheating the brightness from 30% to 50% in 4-8 hours first, and then it should be adjusted to normal brightness ( from 80% to 100%) to light up the screen body in order to remove moisture. To make sure there is no abnormality in use. If the screen body is not used for more than 7 days, preheating lighting mode should be adopted each time. Preheating the brightness from 30% to 50% in 12 hours first, and then it should be adjusted to normal brightness ( from 80% to 100%) to light up the screen body in order to remove moisture. To make sure there is no abnormality in use.

The LED large screen should be regularly checked whether it works normally. To repair or replace the damaged circuit in time. Main control computer and other related equipment should be placed under air conditioning in few dust room to ensure it have good ventilation, heat dissipation stable operation.
