Matrix Your Time for Greater Efficiency

(Part 1) Stressed, Fragmented, Frozen?

Are you all over the place trying to get things done,? trying to focus on 4 or more things at one time and at the end of the day you find having not gotten any of them completed? This stressed, fragmented state of mind comes often along with obvious or underlying confusion, dis-orientation and frustration. “Frozen” is the result: giving up and zoning out.

Needing to get a project done by a certain time and just not able to? It is easy to get distracted by beeping phones, pop ups on your screen, beeps of in-incoming messages… Now a days everyone knows this. Ask yourself: Are you the one in control? If non-priority projects and minor details get you to do what you don’t choose: Something controls you and you are not in control!

Battling time, running after time, not enough time? The reason is not that the world around you has become more complex, as this is certainly a true fact. The reason really is how you hold time and use it.

Who can do something about this? You are the only one!

Would you agree that all the above topics can be solved with a new ?systemic thinking and utilization of time? Traditional time methods typically don’t work because when you project yourself as the successful You in the future, it happens outside of you. Seeing yourself out there as another you, who is successful but far away, may produce illusion, resistance and possible failure.

How about making friends with time?

Embrace time and make it work for you. Proper priority-setting has to do with certain questions you can ask yourself about eliciting your high-level values. An extensive and crystal-clear purpose is required to align yourself with what you truly want and where you are going. A well-formulated purpose is the necessary basis to begin laying things out in time in form of a direction. ??????????????? ???????????????????

Quote of William Sheldon “Greater than the urge for food and sexuality is the desire for a clear direction.”

The most important factor about projecting ?is to begin with the furthest destination. The Time Matrix is not theoretical nor conceptual. It is the only way to project time without the possibility of failing. It is a system of constant verification, checking in, feeling it out – it is a system created and measured physically. The Time Matrix is the only time management and planning tool that is physical; you will use your body to verify the time increments you have laid out on the floor and walk on it. The congruency of these estimations can even be backed up with “muscle testing” for most thorough conscious and subconscious alignment, and so greatest success. Mostly it is suggested to begin with one year from now, then quarterly, monthly, weekly and in the same way apply daily projections. This is the most effective way of structuring and organizing. I have worked using this Purpose - Time Matrix system with corporate clients and groups for more than 18 years. The results are that goals have always been reached and been accomplished even before time, easily and in a relaxed manner.

Learn to apply the Time Matrix 1-on-1 and in groups. Transform any stressed, fragmented or frozen state of mind. Live a life with direction and clarity and learn to use a Time Matrix consistently, quickly and easily, to stay daily more organized and accomplished and so relaxed and happy.
