Matrix Insurance Brokers signs with Eclipse Broking

Sequel, the leading insurance and reinsurance software specialist, has announced that Matrix Insurance Brokers has chosen Sequel's Eclipse Broking to help support the company’s growth. Matrix will be using a brand new edition of Eclipse Broking that has been tailored to specifically meet the technology needs of the SME broker community.

Eclipse Broking will streamline Matrix’s business processes, enhance reporting, and reduce client response times. The software solution will be used across the whole of the insurance business process from enquiries through to accounting, reports and seamless bureau integration.

Matrix has been registered at Lloyds since 2012, and is now an award-winning independent insurance and reinsurance provider with offices across the world including Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, the UK and South Africa.

Rob Stavrou, Sales & Marketing Director at Sequel says:

“Eclipse Broking will enable Matrix to streamline its services and support its growth. Matrix is already known for its industry expertise, innovation and customer focus – and Eclipse Broking will help Matrix to highlight those key aspects to its clients. Eclipse Broking is a product that is well-suited for Matrix today and a solution that will futureproof the business as it pursues its strategic roadmap.

“Our new edition of Eclipse Broking brings the award-winning benefits of Eclipse to small and medium sized brokers, providing them with a platform they can access at a competitive price. We are also excited that Matrix is the 33rd new client Sequel has won in the last two years, more than doubling our customer base in this time."

Simon Thomson, Managing Director for London at Matrix Insurance comments:

“Sequel was a clear choice for us, as Eclipse Broking will provide Matrix with extended opportunities to continue providing truly innovative, efficient and added value services to our clients. Sequel’s culture and commitment to design and deliver according to our specific and specialized needs has played a strong part in our decision-making process, and we look forward to developing our relationship going forward.”
