Another busy?#MediaRevenue?week. The intersection of the news and tech industries is always interesting and there have been some important news stories on that front.
Many newspaper and magazine companies now consider themselves "digital news companies" and the variety of revenue streams for these kinds of companies is becoming more interesting all the time.
Streaming and subscriptions are becoming more important for many sports leagues and that is likely to continue as sports rights become more complicated.
