• Full salary: During maternity leave, you will receive 100% of your salary.

• Flexible start: You can choose to start your leave 4 or 6 weeks before your due date. The remaining weeks are to be taken post-birth, ensuring a balance before and after delivery. ?

Paternity/Partner leave

• Initial Leave: Partners are entitled to 1 workweek of birth leave.
• Extended leave option: An additional leave of up to 5 weeks is available, which can be taken over six months. During this extended period, you'll receive 70% of your usual pay.
