My name is Matej, and I am a developer at Realworld Systems.?

How many years have you been part of the team, and how have they evolved during this period??

I have been a part of this amazing team for a year and a half now. My ability to understand and analyse intricate requirements has dramatically improved our processes, enabling my team to develop innovative solutions that address our client's most pressing needs. My time at Realworld Systems has been marked by the company's continuous evolution and progress. I am proud to be part of an organisation that values innovation, invests in its employees, and consistently adapts to meet the market's changing demands.

What are the RWS values that you like/identify with the most?

When it comes to the values that resonate with me the most at Realworld Systems, it's hard to choose just one. This organisation is built on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and collaboration, and these values have truly shaped my experience here. Realworld System's commitment to ethical behaviour and transparency creates a sense of trust and reliability both within the team and with our clients.

What are the projects you are involved in at the moment?

My daily activities include providing software solutions, support, and maintenance for Realworld's products and solutions. It's a challenging role, but I love every bit of it.?

What is the most difficult/challenging project you have been involved in, and why can you categorise it as such?

The main challenges are pinpointing and debugging the problem at hand. Despite these challenges, the endless opportunities for growth and learning make this environment truly exciting. Working with highly-skilled professionals helps me develop my skills further, and that's what excites me the most. This collaborative environment fosters a sense of camaraderie, where we support and learn from each other throughout – immensely rewarding elements that further solidify my passion for tackling complex projects head-on.

What is your favourite quote and why?

My favourite quote is, "We'll cross that bridge when we get to it." It's a reminder to not worry about things that haven't happened yet and to focus on the present moment.?

What are the values that drive you?

I strongly believe in hard work and discipline. These values have helped me succeed in both my personal and professional life.
