How do you verify if a profile matches a job description?
I start by understanding the requirements. Then I create a persona. Afterward, I analyze the professional background, the growth potential, and naturally match the profile with the job description.
This is an analytical mental process learned and developed over time, by going through tons of profiles and interviewing thousands of candidates.
However, today, I received feedback from another recruiter that the profile doesn't match the job description. I was shocked! How could this be? Is my recruitment intuition failing me? So, I decided to ask ChatGPT to analyze if the profile matches the job description.
