Matcha Latte with Cinnamon & Vanilla

Makes 1 latte
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Place hot water in a mug. Add matcha powder, and whisk well until matcha is completely dissolved.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon, and honey, and whisk again until dissolved.
- Heat almond milk in a saucepan until it starts simmering. Vigorously stir milk for around 30 seconds until it becomes very frothy, and pour it into the matcha mug.
- Optional: Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon and matcha powder on top.
- Enjoy immediately while it's nice and warm, or let mixture cool before pouring over ice for an iced matcha latte.
