Masterwork from Italian Cinquecento at Stanley's auction in Zaventem

The belgian auctionneer Stanley's auction located in Zaventem near the national airport will propose this 29th of january a very fine painted oil on panel (26.4 x 20 cm) depicting the "Head of St John the baptist on a Tazza" dated 1510 and in the circle of Andréa Solario.

The work was analysed by the Restoration Universitary School "La cambre" which confirm this oil is materialy an italian work from the early 16th century.

Definitely a Masterpiece !
