Here's how to effectively implement time blocking:

A.??Set Clear Goals: Start by defining your daily and long-term goals. Knowing what you want to achieve helps you allocate time more efficiently.

B.??Prioritize Tasks: Identify your most important tasks (MITs) for the day. These are the tasks that will have the most significant impact on your goals.

D.??Delegate and Say No: Delegate tasks that don't require your direct attention and learn to say no to non-essential requests that could distract you from your proactive work.
