One feedback, in particular, stood out and prompted me to enhance my training approach. I incorporated two additional slides into my presentation based on participants' challenges and expectations, which I had collected during my meticulous module preparation process. These slides provided a glimpse into the thought process that led to the training objective, setting the stage for a focused and purposeful learning experience.

To ensure maximum retention and evaluate the effectiveness of the training, I implemented a recap strategy towards the end of each session. The objective slide with breakdowns of key points served as a visual guide for participants to reflect on the knowledge gained and assess their progress. This 5-7 minute recap provided an opportunity for both participants and myself to determine if the training objectives had been met and to identify key takeaways.
