It was also evident he struggled to effectively communicate his ideas, often getting lost in technical details. He lacked active listening skills and failed to engage with the interviewers' questions. Despite his undeniable technical expertise, the interviewers were left with concerns about his ability to collaborate, communicate, and adapt within a team."
