1) Prepare and Schedule: Review onboarding, test equipment, and set up emails. Dress appropriately, even from home. Stick to regular working hours for a healthy work-life balance and use flexibility when needed.
2) Create Routines: Develop a morning routine to start your day and an evening routine to signal the end of work.
3) Engage and Connect: Stay engaged during video calls, take notes, ask for tools, and build relationships with your team.
4) Set Boundaries and Workspace: Set clear rules with household members to minimize disruptions and create a separate workspace.
5) Take Breaks and Communicate: Schedule regular breaks to recharge. Overcommunicate your availability and progress on tasks. Be clear and positive.
