I was busy preparing for multiple job interviews this week, then calling colleagues for feedback after the interviews and regretting what I said or did not say afterward. Rethinking this, doing a mock interview as part of the interview preparations with industry professionals would be a game changer and significantly increase my chances of passing the interviews.?

After some research, the mock industry interview is much less popular than the career consultant one for a career pivot. I was familiar with the interview mock-up tool in the early?Google days while leading the Israel site university recruiting programs. We used to offer mock technical interviews to computer Science students and new grads to increase their chances of landing a job at Google. Analyzing the hiring data indicated that mock interviews were a significate factor in passing the interviews.
